The S2R program aims to fund research initiatives that foster collaboration and synergies in fields where UPJV laboratories have expertise and can benefit from networking

The University aims to assist research units in acquiring the small equipment needed for their research, especially to support research activities that do not receive financial support for such equipment. This acquisition may take place as part of funding for a project submitted by a researcher or on behalf of a research unit.

This program will provide partial or full funding for the purchase of equipment. A single laboratory may submit one or more purchase requests, up to a maximum of €5,000 (excluding tax) per laboratory. A purchase request for a single piece of equipment may be submitted jointly by multiple units. In such cases, the funding limit is increased proportionally based on the number of units involved.
